I attended Dr. Len Kravitz’s session on the Female Training Advantages and he referred to this study done showing that the one hour workout a day is not enough. For those of us who sit all day either at work or in a computer pod or at a desk as an #entrepreneur or #coach we’ve got some exercises to do that will reduce your health risks.
SO, do your hour workout or 30 mins walk everyday for sure. But add in this… And remember that when walking brisk is better (at a pace your body restrictions can handle).
